Membership may be subject to:

* Availability;
* Payment of the applicable fee;
* Membership eligibility;
* Acceptance of these Terms;
* Compliance with gym rules.

Membership is personal to the individual named on the account and cannot normally be transferred, sold or shared with another person.

You must not allow another person to use your membership, access code, QR code, app account or other access credentials.

⸻

4. MEMBERSHIP PRICES

Current membership prices will be displayed by Haus through our website, ClubRight or other official sales channels.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

* Membership fees are payable in advance;
* Prices may change from time to time;
* Any applicable price change will be communicated in advance where legally required;
* Promotional prices may be subject to additional conditions.

Any price displayed at the time of purchase will form part of your agreement with us, subject to applicable consumer law.

⸻

5. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership payments may be processed through ClubRight and its associated payment-processing facilities.

Where you agree to a recurring membership payment, you authorise the applicable payment provider to collect the agreed membership fee in accordance with the payment terms presented when you purchase the membership.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

* Your payment details are valid;
* Sufficient funds are available;

* Suspend class or booking privileges;
* Recover outstanding amounts;
* Cancel your membership where appropriate.

We will not charge unreasonable or unlawful fees.

Where applicable, any payment recovery will be handled in accordance with consumer and payment-services legislation.

⸻

7. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Cancellation rights depend on the type of membership or service purchased and the circumstances in which it was purchased.

Where you have a statutory cancellation right, including applicable consumer cancellation rights for distance or online contracts, those rights will apply.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory cancellation rights you may have.

Where a membership does not carry a statutory cancellation right, cancellation will be subject to the specific membership terms provided at the time of purchase.

⸻

8. COOLING-OFF AND DISTANCE CONTRACTS

Where a membership or service is purchased online or otherwise at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.

Where the statutory 14-day cancellation period applies, you may cancel within that period unless an applicable exception applies.

If you expressly request that a service begins during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services supplied before cancellation, where permitted by law.

Where a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the consequences, statutory cancellation rights may not apply.

⸻

9. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Annual memberships are paid for the period specified at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, an annual membership provides access for the specified membership period and does not automatically entitle you to a refund simply because you choose not to use the facilities.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.

⸻

10. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES AND SUSPENSIONS

Membership freezes may be available at Haus’s discretion or where expressly included within a membership plan.

A freeze may be subject to:

* Minimum or maximum periods;

* Supporting information where reasonably required;
* Payment of an applicable administration fee where lawfully permitted.

Haus may temporarily suspend access where necessary for:

* Non-payment;
* Breach of these Terms;

Where reasonably practicable, members will be notified of significant changes.

⸻

A booking reserves a place for the member.

Members should only book classes they genuinely intend to attend.

Repeatedly booking classes and failing to attend may result in reasonable booking restrictions where necessary to ensure fair access for other members.

Where a cancellation window applies, members should cancel within the stated period.

Any applicable late-cancellation or no-show rules will be communicated through the relevant booking system.

⸻

15. PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training (“PT”) may be provided by Haus or independent/self-employed coaches operating from Haus.

Where you book PT directly with an individual coach, your contractual relationship for that service may be with the relevant coach rather than Haus.

PT sessions may be subject to separate:

* Pricing;
* Booking;
* Cancellation;
* Payment;
* Programme;
* Coaching terms.

Members should confirm the relevant terms with their coach before commencing PT.

⸻

16. PT CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise agreed with your coach, PT sessions should be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Where a coach operates a specific cancellation policy, that policy will apply provided it has been communicated to you before booking.

Failure to attend without appropriate notice may result in the session being treated as used.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights.
